We are still posting orders out as usual and pop to the post office every 2-3 days. For a small number of ‘print to order’ products, shipping times may vary. This will be clearly stated on the product page so make sure you read the description thoroughly 😊
Orders of 2+ graphic T-shirts qualify for free delivery. All items are packaged in eco friendly, recyclable packaging.
UK parcels will be delivered Royal Mail Second Class (1-2 T-shirts), Second Class Signed For (3-5 T-shirts) or Tracked 48 (6+ T-shirts).
Postage and packaging rates reflect the actual cost to us. Unless otherwise stated, international parcels will take 5-8 working days and will be delivered Royal Mail International Standard (1-3 T-shirts) or International Tracked and Signed (4+ T-shirts).
Tracking is available at an additional fee for parcels containing 1-3 T-shirts. Please contact us if you require tracking.
Please note that backers based outside of the UK are responsible for any duties, fees and taxes applicable to your region. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.
Ultra Low Carbon Delivery
If you are ordering 1 or 2 T-shirts from outside the UK and would like to reduce your carbon footprint, contact us to arrange sending your parcel exclusively via surface mail. Please note that this could increase delivery times by an additional 3 months. To compensate for the extra money spent on shipping, we will email you a gift card to use on future purchases through our website. The value of this gift card will be equal to your overspend on postage. For example, if you have paid £10 for postage, but surface mail costs £6, we will send you a voucher for £4 to use on bornhybrid.com.
Please return your purchase in the original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the item. Unless the item arrives defective or damaged (with photographic proof) we cannot accept any returns that indicate they have been used or are not returned in the original saleable condition. Please note: we cannot refund the return shipping costs of your purchase or the outward shipping costs.

Please note: When returning items, we tend to recommend using trackable delivery as this guarantees that it arrives safely with us – if the item does not arrive back with us we will not be able to refund you.
